Job Responsibilities: 1. Arrange Daily inspector work as per quality instruction for QA1.根據QA質量指導書安排日常檢查員工作2. Translate customer quality requirement to WCL procedure for QA job instruction2.將客戶質量要求轉化為質量保證工作指令的WCL程序3. Review line quality defects and work on corrective ****3.審查線路質量缺陷并采取糾正措施4. Instantaneous feedback quality problem to manager, engineer for problem solving4.將質量問題即時反饋給經理、工程師以解決問題5. Conduct activity assigned by QA/PQE manager5.執行QA/QC經理指定的活動6. Technical support and Training support to all staff for problem6.針對問題向全體員工提供技術支持和培訓支持7. Regular review the quality activity and monitor the activity is being implemented to achieve quality target.7.定期審查質量活動，并監督正在實施的活動，以實現質量目標。8. Regular report the quality status to QA/PQE manager8.定期向QA/QC經理報告質量狀況9. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard9.確保所有工作流程和機械及工裝設計符合安全標準Qualification: 1. At least 3 years experience as Quality engineer in PCBA1.至少3年PCBA質量工程師工作經驗2.Knowledgeable in IPC-610A standard3. Have experience in Aerospace and/ or automotive, PCBA production will be an advantage4. Knowledgeable in QC tools5. Strong analytical skills in problem solving6. Ability to drive continuous improvement
