職責(zé)描述：
? Work closely with Solution Architect & Infrastructure Architect to deliver technologies and services including HDFS, HBase, Spark, Kafka, and other emerging technologies to product teams.
? Partner with software development team to implement best practices and optimize performance of Big Data applications.
? Participate in the analysis of new requirements and develop solutions and services to support them.
? Research new Big Data technologies, assessing maturity and alignment of the technology to business and technology strategy.
? Working closely with Big Data Platform Lead to manage upgrade cycles of the services, including testing and release planning.
? Troubleshoot infrastructure related incidents; pursue root cause analysis and problem resolution through coordinated interaction with vendors and other internal teams.
? Document and track problem resolution using established Service Management processes and tools.

任職要求：
? Experience operating Hadoop clusters under Hortonworks framework on either on-perm infrastructure or on a public cloud provider like AWS or Azure
? Strong background in Linux systems, including shell scripting and performance tuning
? Previous experience scaling up with zero-downtime big data technologies would be a plus
? Excellent understanding of Internet technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS/SSL, etc)
? Coding skills in Python
? Knowledge about deployment and maintenance of Java backend-end applications
? Experience using a configuration management tool like Ansible or Puppet
? Familiarity with general monitoring principles, as well as tools like Grafana, Nagios, New Relic, Stackdriver, Icinga, and Pingdom
