主要工作Main missions:
1.全面負責技術管理工作，積極貫徹執行實驗室質量方針、質量目標和各項檢測程序，參與管理評審，嚴格遵循ISO/IEC 17025；
Be responsible for technical management,actively carry out the laboratory quality policy, quality objectives and test procedures, participate in management review and strictly follow the ISO/IEC17025.
2.組織實驗室標準方法、標準方法變更及非標方法的確認，并對執行情況進行監督、檢查；
Organize laboratory standard methods, standard methods change and non-standard method confirmation, besides supervising and check the condition of implementation.
3.當客戶要求時，負責對檢測結果進行解釋說明。
Be responsible for interpretation of test results when required by customer.
4.負責實驗室人員的技術培訓和定期考核，并對檢測人員包括在培員工進行足夠的監督；
Be responsible for technical training and periodic assessment of laboratory personnel, and supervise the testers including the employees
5.主持非常規檢測項目的合同評審；
Conduct the contract evaluation of the unconventional test project.
6.負責組織實驗室內外部的質量監控活動；
Be responsible for organizing the internal and external quality monitoring activities.
7.負責材料及緊固件實驗室的全面工作；依據檢測委托和作業指導書要求組織開展檢測工作，并解決檢測過程中遇到的技術問題；
Be responsible for the work of material and fastener institute, organize the test work according to the test application and operation instruction , and solve the technical problems during the testing.
8.熟悉檢測項目和樣品的技術標準和測試方法標準并負責組織技術標準的查新工作；負責審核本實驗室編制的三級規程及相關記錄；
Be familiar with the technical standards and test method standards of test items and samples, organize to check the
new standards work, and audit the level 3 procedure and relevant records.
9.負責監督考核本室人員對各項質量法規、操作規則的執行情況；
Supervise and assess the implementation of quality regulations and operation rules of the staff.
10.負責本部門質量文件、技術標準和作業指導書的管理；
Be responsible for the management of quality documents, technical standards and level 3 procedures of the institute

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1、本科或以上學歷，材料科學與工程或相關專業畢業，5年及以上相關工作經驗；
Bachelor degree or above in materials science and engineering or related major；at least 3 years related working
experience.
2、掌握材料及緊固件范圍內的試驗方法、知識和原理等。
Master the test methods and principles of materials and fastenters.
3. 具備ISO/IEC17025實驗室質量管理體系相關知識.
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system.
4. 熟練應用辦公軟件，熟悉零部件試驗設備和儀器。
Good skills in Microsoft software, familiar with the related test equipment and toolbox；
5. 具有良好的組織協調能力及英語讀寫能力。
Good organizational coordination ability, Fluent English communication in writing and speaking.
