Our Client is a Global Fortune 500 Company, also a US company.

Job Title: Recruiting Consultant (人才招聘主管)
Report To: Senior HR Manager
Location: Shanghai


Main Responsibilities:
Plays a role in developing staffing services for the organization. Get involved in specific staffing related work. Administers a variety of staffing programs and performs staffing services.

Hiring Initiatives
? Work with hiring managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description and proposed grade, salary range, time arrangement;
Sourcing & Searching
? Involve in developing and maintaining recruitment channel to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
? Source qualified individuals from different channel;
Screening & Selection
? Screening resumes, 1st interviewing and assessing candidates;
? Prepare interview report and evaluation report;
? Shortlist candidates and recommend to Hiring manager;
Follow up
? Conduct initial interview and arrange further interview;
? Follow up interview results and hiring decision;
? Propose grade, salary and other terms and conditions with hiring managers;
? Check reference, extend offer, negotiate offer with candidates, confirm date of commencement with candidates;
? Prepare contingency plan for candidates backup;
Others
? Associate designing interview guide, developing talent assessment tool and improving recruitment process;
? Provide hiring consultation to hiring managers;
? Collect & report management information, e.g., hiring status report, selection effectiveness analysis, etc.;
? Follow up with new employees to be success within probation period;
? Communicate and work closely with business HR members;
? Complete on-line recruiting system and keep good tracking records;
? Other HR related responsibilities/projects once required.



Main Responsibilities:

? Passion to be a dedicated recruiter;
? 5-7 years working experience in MNC with 3 years of Recruiting or HR related experience;
? Fluent in English and Mandarin;
? Good PC Skills & familiar with recruiting system;
? Good team work spirit, respect and value people;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
? Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities;
? Self-motivated and be able to cope with a heavy workload;
? Work independently and be patient under pressure.
