職位描述
Lead company wide merchandise logistics projects. Develop team strategy, set goals and align resource to support corporate and divisional strategic goals. Lead Merchandising Logistics Management (MLM) team and set standard on providing accurate cost to serve information and response time to meet customer needs. Lead cross functional team in projects to achieve strategic initiatives. Develop strong working relation with store operations, merchants, replenishment, DC operations, and transportation to work together as one team leading to improve supply chain efficiency and lower supply chain cost to serve. To lead, guide, influence, and persuade merchants on adopting optimum supply chain strategy balancing service and cost.
Qualifications:
1) 8 plus years of supply chain and logistics field including logistics operations, merchandising, replenishment or transportation experience. Other related experience may apply;
2) Excellent communication & Presentation skill. High degree of interpersonal skills;
3) Extensive knowledge of merchandising and logistic;
4) Strong technical and analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access;
5) Innovation and problem solving
6) Team-oriented, systematic thinking
