Job Description:
-To set up the internal audit policies, principle sand improve the procedures;
-To draft an annual internal audit plan, organize and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfills the responsibility of the role, scheduling and estimating resource needs;
- To prepare audit reports for submission to the Executive Committee and make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor the implementation;
- To coordinate coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the other's work but also well briefed on areas of concern;
- To follow up the implementations according to the findings and recommendations in audit report of Audit Department, or other external auditor;
-To evaluate and ensure effective internal controls which focus on business and financial risks;
-To plan, and contribute to development of risk management systems;
-To evaluate the possible risks and devise risk management procedures; -To identify and analyze areas of potential risk to assets, earning capacity, or success of the Company;
Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in audit in either private and/or Big 4 public accounting firm; International experience will be a plus;
-At least 3 years of progressive experience in corporate risk management;
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
