職責描述:
"1. To be contact window for air export customer, Such as: Handle air export SLI, communication with overseas/BD, handle special
requirements for customers;"
2. To be Control and monitor the export operation procedure for non-regular shipments;
3. Preparing invoice and packing list as per export Customs clearance requirements in advance;
4. Sending pre-alert to customers and customer brokerage team;
5. Monitor broker to do Customs entry timely and correctly;
6. Monthly Billing;
7. Preparing Customers report;
任職要求:
1. 全日制專科、本科學歷,國際商務、國際貿易、國際物流專業優先錄用;
2. 具有一定的英語溝通能力,四六級通過優先;
3. 有1-2年貨運代理工作經驗優先(其他行業需要至少2年的工作經驗);
4. 誠邀踏實、認真、責任心強的人員加入UPS。
