Detail glazing & facade design, including shop drawings. Design in principle drawings & engineering aspects of the design will be provided by the Company.
A/ Responsibilities:
- detail design drafting (shop drawings)
- Curtain Wall (CW) or specialized glazing fabrication drawings
- design co-ordination with other / surrounding structures & interfaces
- preparation of drawings submission and production releases in a timely fashion
- tender take offs, material schedules as required
- work closely with other team members, support each other
- liaise with production base

C/ Prerequisites:
- well presented, enthusiastic & career focused
- exceptional work ethic and positive attitude
- min. 3 years' experience in facade field and glazing design
- excellent working knowledge of AutoCad, including AutoCad 3d design
- working knowledge of 3d modeling packages (or previous exposure & good understanding of 3d modeling)
- Graduate Diploma from recognized University in China or equivalent overseas University
- good written and English speaking communication skills
- exposure to facade / glazing fabrication process or direct involvement in the process.
- ability to travel within China
- CV / Resume in English & Mandarin, including up-to-date photo
